1. Data controller

2. Personal data we process
Through the contact form: your full name, phone number, email address (if provided), the model, quantity, colors and installation location you choose (if any) and your message.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Your data is processed only to respond to your request, prepare a quote and contact you about it, based on your explicit consent and on the processing being necessary for taking steps prior to a contract (KVKK Art. 5).
4. Transfer
Form submissions are delivered to our team by email through our email service provider and protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. These providers may process data abroad (KVKK Art. 9). Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing.
5. Retention
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to respond to your request and, if a contract is made, for the statutory periods; it is then deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction, deletion or anonymisation, object to the results of automated processing and claim compensation for damages. You can send your requests to info@alfdomes.com.
